1. General

These Terms govern the use of echoslategray.com and request of travel quotes. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes and Services

Quotes are informational, not binding offers. Final terms are in a separate contract. Tour operator activity is licensed under Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР of 15.09.1995. License number available upon request.

3. Consumer Rights

Consumers are protected by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. You may complain to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court. For travel packages, refund/cancellation terms are in the contract and comply with this Law.

4. Personal Data

We process personal data per Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, echoslategray.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the Site or reliance on quotes. Nothing limits rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, including Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
